Flickr has redesigned it’s homepage and added activity stream to the site.
The new homepage clearly cuts off the clutter and puts ‘your’ information at the center. The ‘Recent Activity’ has been made customizable and one can select which activities to follow/mute (from activity page), expand/collapse activities etc.

I find the new homepage less cluttered and the newly added recent activity tab serves as a great dashboard.
What’s your take?

this is such a stale news….big bloggers talked about this more than a month back…pls try to report news on time…else feel free to skip such news..
Awesome! Just that it was launched yesterday..looks like you and your ‘big bloggers’ are on time machine.
I am a regular user of Flickr for the past year or so since I have been travelling since Oct 2009. But it still has so many kinks …
a) They keep changing the logic screen/flow … and it never works properly.
They have finally fixed it the last time I used it …
b) The flow is quite quirky … need to be a regular user to get a hang of it.
The primary reason is that they keep changing it constantly …
BTW, fab blog … good find for this weekend …
