IIM A invites Entrepreneurs for Leverage 09, B-Plan Event

IIM A is inviting entrepreneurs for it’s B-plan showcase event – Leverage 09.

The highlight of Leverage 2009 will be the B-Plan showcase which is being organized in association with Epiphany Ventures. Epiphany Ventures is a Sector Agnostic Fund, with a size of $25 Million.

Along with the B-Plan showcase, Leverage 2009 will also consist of speaker sessions, panel discussions, workshops, and competitions for B-School students. The conference aims to bring together industry experts, practitioners, advisors, academicians and students with the aim of identifying and addressing key issues and trends relevant to venture capitalists, private equity investors and entrepreneurs.

Regarding Business Plan showcase:

  • The event will be held in 3 stages. The first two rounds will involve online submissions while the third round will be held on campus at IIM Ahmedabad on the 6th of February, 2009. 2.
  • A minimum of two members must be part of the team. There are no constraints on the maximum team size though it is recommended that only founders of the project are mentioned in the entry as this will be an evaluation criterion for the judges. 3. Each team can send in only one entry and no person can be a part of two different teams.

The final Business Plan document must be submitted by Wednesday, January 24th, 2008, 23:59:59 hrs. All entries must be mailed to Leverage.Showcase@iimahd.ernet.in.
