Interesting read. The Atlantic magazine in a recent issue has described this phenomenon of “Recession is the mother of Invention” in details.

Great to know that Indian start-ups are addressing the recession head on. Its very important that start-ups are planning for and able to pass through this period. It encourages entrepreneurs to keep at it without losing faith.

Indian startups are definitely maturing now. I have heard some good stories in the past few months from the Indian Web 2.0 scene. Acquisitions, funding, growth, revenue… so it is all finally happening in India now.
