With everyone communicating in context of the prototype, a product manager was not needed to tie different communications together.</description>

		<description>There are several nuances to the product management functions which are difficult to envisage in the first pass. In most startups, the precise functions of product design, product management and UI development are considered &quot;secondary&quot; functions and the thrust is to &quot;get the product out&quot;.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The idea of planning and executing vs the opportunity cost of rushing headlong into the market is something that all startups should consciously evaluate.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Ashish - great effort. Lets have more such posts :)</description>
