I believe the model for earning revenues is the most important factors because you can get over other problems in the short-run but in the long run even if everything else is in place, not having a decent revenue model can just kill you. Revenue model will differentiate serious ideas and executions from just experiments. I am also in the same boat and preparing to take the 'plunge'. And the time is coming closer faster than I expected. Like you mentioned, all the three factors are very important.
