I think startups get into building the product features and customer support, even as basic as getting a auto-reply for your feedback form gets completely side tracked. Its surprising how often I&#039;ve seen that in the current startups. I wish they would pay more attention, since savvy customers could definitely help you position your product better.</description>

It also helps you reach in new Sales verticals where the same product might provide different values. Customer support is also instrumental in getting the customer inputs for product improvements back to Product Management and Development for an emerging startup.</description>
