Hi

Thanks Manish and thanks Pravin for the comment. We are integrating an option to the IVRS so that if a person doesnt know the doctor ID, he has the option to speak to an operator and get the ID number. We hope this will solve the issue you mentioned.

For patients who come without appointment, we have made provisions in the system to leave few empty time slots in each interval. So walk-in patients without token numbers can be accommodated in these slots.

I think it make more sense for them to work with private clinics instead of bigger hospitals. These hospitals has one or other system and may be resitant to change immediately. For private clinics/hospital shorter patient wait time means lesser investment in real estate or better utilization of real estate. If cost of system is low enough to be affordable by private clinics owner then this can be hit with those folks. I think they are doing same, only caveat is knowing Dr ID. To get ID system is little complicated but folks who will go with appointments can manage it. What about those patients who will reach clinic without appointments?
