Thankyou Abhishek & Arjun for solving the IIM not being on the list mystry. When i saw this list I too was perplexed as to how ISB is ranked higher than IIM. Wonder, where the IIMs would have ranked? A friend said that a few years back the list used to include IIMs but now they no longer do.

IIMs are not eligible since they do not qualify as 'MBAs' under the criteria used by FT as they also admit fresh graduates. IIMs can approach FT to rank the 1 year PGP X program where work ex is compulsory but these programs become eligible only after 3 batches graduate as the survey requires historical salary data and alumni responses but again its not their flagship program

The IIMs are not eligible to participate in these rankings as they're not internationally accredited by a body such as the AACSB, Amba or Equis according to http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/8091207c-e8de-11dd-a4d0-0000779fd2ac,dwp_uuid=3d473b3c-dda6-11dd-930e-000077b07658.html.
