Sanjay, this is really informative. It's so easy to get overwhelmed in the process of launching a new business, and entrepreneurs often forget to listen to the signs and symptoms of change within their consumer base - it can be a fatal mistake. My wife turned her small business around by hiring a coach (she works with Ja-Nae Duane from the Wild Women Entrepreneurs - @TheSunQueen on Twitter). One of the key things she learned right away was that by engaging her client base (using social media, amongst other things), she could immediately tap into a line of feedback that would help her better tailor her services to the wants/needs of the folks she was targeting. It's a really simple idea, but things have a way of getting complicated when you're trying to do too many things at once... we've all bee there.
Thanks again,
