Let&#8217;s also for a moment forget that Japan&#8217;s average Bandwidth is 60Mbps, and South Korea is targeting a 100% Gigabit network for the entire population by 2012, and while the rest of the world speeds on, we&#8217;re all excited about a 4Mbps connection. Let&#8217;s also forget, for a moment, that we&#8217;re paying 1900 a month for this connection, with its 50Gb FUP, when Japan&#8217;s per month cost per Mbps is under FIFTEEN RUPEES! (I guess we shouldn&#8217;t be too unhappy, at least Nigeria and Indonesia have it worse than us!) [...]</description>
